I think my time has come.
J1 scheduled a 15 minute afternoon meeting just now for this Friday 1 on 1 to discuss YE performance. It is Head of Division and just me. No agenda. It is also a payday. I see on the calendar of Head of HR and CEO that yesterday was the big YE comp, ratings and “calibration” discussions. My choices are “meets expectations” -bonus eligible Voluntary off-boarding PIP We don’t fire people out of blue. PIP is very rare. Wish me good Mojo. My last day was supposed to be March 17 after bonus. Kinda stinky they are taking me out ahead of time. Buy plus side I can buy freeze my LinkedIn Account! I feel like you were going to break up with GF but she dumps you first. Guess I need to start applying as J2 will become J1. |
