Looking for parents who have children at Wonders on 16th Street

We recently toured the Wonders site at 16th Street in Shepherd Park in NW DC. The location is very convenient for us and we were impressed at the tour. However, since then, we have been given the impression that the administration of the center is a bit disorganized. Forms for applications were not readily available, references were not provided as requested, and our request for further information went a week without a reply.

Are there any parents out there who have children at this site and can provide feedback?
