Best brand of stainless steel utensils

Anonymous
For cooking ware I've heard of All Clad (among other brands), but pls suggest some premier brands for good quality stainless steel utensils (ex. forks, spoons, knives) since I am finally convinced that my old sets don't work for my family anymore. TIA!

You want 18/10 stainless. Oneida heirloom patterns are one choice that has held up well for us.

Williams-Sonoma are nice. Well balanced.

+1

We have a set of Onieda that looks almost as good 25+ years later, with almost daily dishwasher abuse. We use https://www.replacements.com/ to fill in specialty pieces no longer available on the open market.

As for utensils to cook with, sorry I'm not much help there since I tend to use wood or high-temp silicone. I do love my OXO fish turner though.

We have Fortessa. Find the pattern you like and buy through Amazon or there is an outlet in Ashburn.
