You all convinced me to buy the infamous Revlon blow dryer brush all in 1 thing for DD. Praying for a miracle. Her hair is so so frizzy and curly.
What heat protectant spray do you use? Any product you add afterwards to keep the hair smooth and straight? |
|
I use the Tresseme heat spray and use this every 4-5 washes:
https://www.sephora.com/product/color-wow-dream-coat-supernatural-spray-anti-frizz-treatment-P469065 Don’t forget the Revlon dryer is best used on hair that is about 70-80% dry. |
omg you serious? it will be so curly by then |
Keep in mind that the Revlon is designed to replace a round brush and blowdryer. Do you round-brush sopping wet hair? No. |
Most people use a regular blow dryer to rough dry the hair first. You don’t need to let it air dry. |
+1 |
No I don’t do that … his often will she be drying it? Everyday? I don’t think you should use any hairdryer every day. I wear my hair straight half the time and curly half the time. I’ll try it from the time I got out of the shower because I don’t have time to wait for it to air dry or dry it with another hairdryer |

I love: Briogeo Farewell Frizz Blow Dry Perfection & Heat Protectant Crème
My hair looks so silky when I use this stuff! |
Yes I do. I dry my hair sipping wet with the revlon dryer and I used to when I didn’t have the Revlon dryer. |
Ok. Will give it a try but she will not want to. |
| It fried my hair too. I don’t think there’s a product that can prevent this. |
| Appreciating all the product tips! We are clueless here |
Then she can just keep using a round brush and regular dryer if she wants her hair straight. |
I'm aiming for 1-2 times per week. Maybe we can do dry shampoo spray in between. |
I do, in fact, round-brush dry my hair sopping wet. It’s a much smoother look. Revlon fried my hair, I use Dyson hair dryer and round brush. |
