Air fryer questions: Ninja vs Breville Combiwave

I've been looking at the Ninja Foodi air fryer, but am wondering about the option of getting the Breville 3-in-1 Combiwave instead, and using it to replace my microwave. I love the idea of having 1 appliance instead of 2 (don't have a huge kitchen), but am worried that combination appliances often aren't the best.

For example, the Combiwave appears to only go up to 400 degrees, while the Ninja heats up to 500. How important is that? If you use an air fryer, how often do you use temps >400?

Any other features or gotchas I should be on the watch for?

My ninja input goes up to 390 I think, which is plenty hot.
