Steve and Kate's Camp (Arlington or Alexandria) - Any Recent Reviews?

Most reviews on DCUM about Steve & Kate's Camp are before 2020. Anyone has experience (especially at the Arlington or Alexandria location) in recent years (2020-2022)? Do they still do the Pieday every Friday as mentioned on the website? If so, is it really hard to clean up (with all the cream/sugar in the face/hair/clothes) when the kids get home?

There were some very long threads in a neighborhood FB group about what a disaster the Alexandria camp was back in 2021. Kids spent most of the time on iPads and multiple families ended up pulling their kids out and seeking refunds. It was apparently very poorly run post-pandemic, despite previously being quite popular and well-regarded.

Oh no! I was considering this for DS. Any alternative suggestions? Looking in NOVA area.
