| My favorite is roasting broccoli with a little bit of evoo, salt and pepper and then adding some pine nuts and parmesan once it is browning. Then pull out and toss with a splash of lemon juice. So good! |

I don't know how to make it myself but I love the riced cauliflower stir fry from Trader Joe's.
Also a big fan of oven roasted broccoli with olive oil, garlic and bread crumbs and roasted carrots with pesto. |
