I love food but I am on NOOM

Help!! I love food but I am turning into a tubby middle-ager. Help!! I need advice for delicious but healthy meals with tons of flavor.

What sorts of things are you considering "delicious" outside of noom?

Try eating half a portion of that + vegetables.

I've been on noom about two months and haven't changed my diet all that much. I still eat things I like, just a lot less of it.

Do you cook? Are you asking about seasoning and spices? Hot sauce?

Just add more flavor to your meals then - spices, butter - and watch portion sizes. You will have to figure out what works, unless you plan on being on Noom until you're 90.
