I hope he is found safe soon. "A Room with a View" is one of my favorite movies, and he was one of the best parts of that.

Five days missing on Mt. Baldy in current conditions it is very unlikely he is okay. He was one of my first crushes as a teenager and I have always loved his work, I’m sorry to hear this news.

I hope he's found safe, I had such a crush on him after seeing Room With A View. Reading about him this morning, I was reminded that he also was in another of my favorite little films, Impromptu. And also Ken Russell's Gothic, which was so weird and I didn't like it at the time, but I realize I still remember scenes from it.

I looked up the driver. He was a real carriage driver in Florence.

The Mt Baldy terrain is pretty treacherous & a woman recently slid 500 feet to her death there.
