Best Gluten Free products at Trader Joe

Anonymous
My mom has to eat completely gluten free and has never shopped at Trader Joe's. What products have others enjoyed? My father passed away this week so mom is now facing the change of just cooking dinner for one person and I would love to get her some easy options to have for the days when cooking for one is too sad.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
