Car insurance for out of state college student

We have a college student out of state who wants to take our car. Next year he will live there year around as he is trying to establish residency. He has to change his license to an out of state license. The car is titled in my name. He is listed as a driver with Gieco year around. I havent changed it with them now that he is at college. What should i do about the car and insurance? Since it is Mississippi i assume it will be cheaper. The car and loan are in my name to though. Thanks for advice.
