What should we pay for car insurance

| Just bought a new SUV, Hyundai, but have a 17 year old car, too. Was paying 1500 a year, now has jumped to 2k. Seems crazy high, and yes, will shop around. Cars are garaged, no accidents , claims, or tickets. Both drivers- age 66. |
