| Baked oatmeal. Lots of variations on the internet. Made one with applesauce and pie spice this weekend. Mashed banana and chocolate chips last weekend. |

What age? Mine are elementary and I've been able to get toast and juice into them; or a homemade protein bar / granola. But they are not hungry in the morning so I don't really push it except to try to get a bite of something into them. It's not easy for sure!

| I make crustless spinache quiche in silicone cupcake pans. Can keep in the refrigerator or freezer and heat up as needed (eggs, spinach, cheese) |
| We do eggs with healthy toast and fruit/avocado most mornings. Also greek yogurt pancakes. Frozen Waffles with peanut butter and banana is my go to fast/clean option. |
