What age? Mine are elementary and I've been able to get toast and juice into them; or a homemade protein bar / granola. But they are not hungry in the morning so I don't really push it except to try to get a bite of something into them. It's not easy for sure!

I make crustless spinache quiche in silicone cupcake pans. Can keep in the refrigerator or freezer and heat up as needed (eggs, spinach, cheese)

We do eggs with healthy toast and fruit/avocado most mornings. Also greek yogurt pancakes. Frozen Waffles with peanut butter and banana is my go to fast/clean option.
