These seem to be all the rage for working from home. I’m tempted. Anyone have one? Which? Are you actually able to work and walk at the same time? |

I have a walking desk and I love it. I use it for a couple of hours most days while working. It works best for me when I’m reading or watching a webinar. Working from home it’s too easy to sit all day. |
Got one. Been using it for a month. I do two 45-60 minute walks at about 5 to 6 miles an hour. I do it during large group meetings that I don’t speak in and during training or sorting emails. My work productivity has improved, more creative, and I sleep really well at night since I started this. I still do a 30-45 min workout in the morning (lifting/cycling).
