There is a tailor in Tysons Galleria that is good, albeit expensive.

At Tysons corner Mall near auntie Anne’s pretzels, there is a shoe shop and tailor. It’s called Tailorcraft. Korean old world tailor. Excellent. His son does a nice job on shoes too.

I would recommend him too- it’s Sun Tailoring. He has done alterations on both men’s and women’s clothing for us. His work is immaculate.
