Where to go for a cheap date night in DC?

Where should I take my partner for a date night in or very near DC that has great food but doesn’t break the bank? This is for Saturday, so before RW. Thanks!

Can you give us a general price range (Under $100 for two? $100 for two? $150 for two?) and type of cuisine you like?

Does it have to be a nice dinner or are suggestions for casual bars with good food ok?

Bens chili bowl.

150 is a good ceiling. Adventurous with food and enjoy any type of cuisine. Casual bars are fine - quality food & drink is the main priority. Thank you!

Martha Dear in Mount Pleasant for dinner and then go get a drink at OKPB

Grab a drink at Jane Jane and then share a pizza and some appetizers at Red Light (Logan Circle)

I recently had a delicious healthy flatbread in Seasons 52 (Rockville). They were $10.50 each! Of course wine can quickly double that (or ordering steak). But the ambiance is nice.
