What is a reasonable amount of time to expect a response from a staff member? It is not urgent, so I don’t want to come off as annoying, but important enough to warrant a response or conversation. How many days should I wait to follow up?

Teacher? 1-2 school days
Admin.? 1-7 depending on the complexity and who they might need to check with before they get back to you

Tell us the concern. You said it’s not urgent so it’s possible it got lost in an inbox. Follow up politely if you don’t hear in a week and it’s information you can’t find online.
