Glen Echo Park did a textiles camp which included an element of weaving you'd need to look at their summer catalog which might not be out yet

I think this could be hard to find. How old is your kid? Art League has weaving classes for adults. They may do camps for kids. I am guessing it will be hard to find a camp with just weaving for kids.
