Looking for people who have bought Quince and seeking reviews. I haven't tried it but I'm intrigued. Hoping for some honest feedback about a variety of their products. Thanks. |
I bought the boatneck cashmere sweater in gray and love it. Soooo nice. Not super heavy weight, but it was under $80. It's literally one of my favorite clothing items.
I also bought the organic cotton boyfriend sweater and was super impressed with the quality (it's really heavy), but I don't like the cut (it's pretty masculine in shape and on my non-curvy frame, it's unattractive). I'm selling it on Poshmark. |
Love their sweaters as a rule, but of course pay attention to styles that flatter your body type. Have had a great experience with their fine jewelry so far, too. I'm a minimalist and do keep returning to this site. |
It's cheap, fast fashion stuff made in sweatshops. I bought a cashmere sweater for DD for Xmas (she had it on her list) - it was thin, cut short, and not all that soft. I see she left it here at home when she went back to college, lol. |
I just bought one of their $80 cashmere turtlenecks. It is a good value for the price. Fairly thin, but not ridiculously so. It is a good basic or layering piece. Softer and thicker than other similarly prices cashmere on the market. It doesn't compare to the squishyness of $400 cashmere sweaters, but I wouldn't expect it to for $80. |
I got a nice pair of white gold hoop earrings from them! |
I just purchased a big order of sweaters and really love them, the quality is good for the price.
Fisherman cotton sweater - love, comparable to my Pact organic same sweater Cashmere fisherman sweater- wearing now, it’s a nice weight that’s not hot but not thin Alpaca cardigan - total love I’ve bought and returned in a past order the ponte pants and a lot of linen - all bad fits and hated the linen colors received |
I just received two pairs of ponte pants for work and I’m keeping them. They fit great and they’re long enough for my tall self! Not in love in with any of their silk tops. They have a weird sheen to them. I also have a pair of joggers that are so soft and feel so good, but the length is too short for me. Fine to wear around the house, though. |
I like their cotton sweaters. Haven’t tried the cashmere ones. |
I like their cashmere crewnecks. They aren't ultra luxury but at that price I'm happy with them. Their t-shirts have been hit or miss for me -- dislike the all-modal ones, but the blended ones are really good. And weirdly they randomly sent me a silk bias cut skirt that I didn't order and didn't pay for but they couldn't figure it out either so they let me keep it. It's not the most flattering on my pear shaped body but if I was more of a rail it would be great. |
I'm happy with the ponte pants. For something I am going to wear two days a week riding the metro to work, I am happy with the quality. They fit well. |
I got their Ponte bootcut pants and a silk button down for xmas.
Ponte bootcut pants are great, cut longer than their other pants so a good length for boots. Silk button down shirt is pretty, fabric a little rougher than I was expecting. I just washed it and hung to dry and it came out fine. Only concern is the pants are elastic waist so they are so fitted I'd only be comfortable with a long enough sweater to cover my butt. I wore them with a long cardigan. Because they are fitted, I'm worried about how tight they may get after washing. I need pants that can be washed and dried without shrinking 8 inches and getting too tight, I don't find time to sort things in the laundry, or DH inevitably messes up when he is trying to be helpful but dumps everything in.... we'll see. |
My experience is that the quality varies. I bought the cotton fisherman sweater in black and loved it, it was nice and thick and really soft for 100% cotton. So I ordered the same sweater in teal and I don't like it as much. The cotton seems much less soft and it didn't wash as well either. |
I got some cashmere sweaters from them because I can’t seem to kick my moth problem and so cashmere rarely lasts more than a year for me so the price was right. It is perfectly fine. Not think and luxurious, but no worse than any thinner cashmere. I have a cotton sweater from them I like a lot and I also like the silk slip dress and camisoles and t-shirts. Nice for layering, not transparent, drape well. |
Tall quince friend - check out the mens joggers. I buy all mens clothes from there including cashmere sweaters because they’re longer. I’m 5”10 size 10ish and I get the smalls. |
