Seeking Travelers homeowners insurance expert

Does anyone know a person, firm, organization, etc who has specific expertise in homeowners insurance, esp Travelers? I'm looking for a review of a water damage claim (we have all available additional water damage addenda included in our policy) before we just accept their assessment that the damage isn't covered, despite all the extra coverage. Thanks for any information. What a mess...
