That’s good to hear. Maybe I’ll see it. I’ve heard about it for months now. I follow Brian Jordan Alvarez, who is in the movie, on Instagram. He is hilariously talented.

You saw it in theaters? This is a good watch for streaming, but not sure I’m willing to pay for a special outing.

Oh good! I keep seeing people comment on the trailer about how ridiculous it looks and I'm like... isn't that the point? It looks fun!

DD is 11 and totally wants to see. She's very mature for her age, wondering if we should do it? She has seen a bunch of horror movies and loves them and has a very edgy black sense of humor. Loves Stranger Things, Wednesday - actually I think she is Wednesday LoL - but yeah, wondering if it's something we should do.

Yes, let her see it. I can’t think of another horror that centres on a pre -teen girl and the violence is much more mild than most. She will probably be more aware of some of the pop cultural references used than you will actually. I had to Google a couple of things from my phone afterwards to understand some jokes .

Saw it with my 14 year old and we both liked it. Like Black Mirror, with typical Blum House dark comedy.

So upset. We saw it knowing nothing about it.
