Question for those who know Pitt

How easy is it to transfer out of one college and into another? Does Pitt provide advisors for freshmen or do they have to wait until sophomore or junior year, like at many other public universities? Thanks.

They provide advisors freshman year, but they’re generic advisors. You don’t get major specific advisors until you declare a major. No idea how hard it is to transfer.

It depends on which school you’re trying to transfer to/from.
