I set a goal for myself to go on the elliptical for 30 minutes and do 20 minutes of strength training every morning before starting work (I work from home). Yes, I know its not enough but its more than I was doing and I will likely increase as I get more stamina. So far I made it 3 of 4 days (I had an early meeting yesterday). Feeling proud and like I can actually stick to it.
