Contractor would be doing some other stuff as well, mostly fixing/repairing stuff |

I don’t know what my handyman’s rate is, I just pay him what he charges me. He does a good job and is easy to schedule. I think the hourly rate depends on if it’s a full day. |

From what I’ve been seeing, $75 an hr. But that may be for new customers. |
Idk bc I haven't been able to find a handyman who bonded/insured who will do less than a 3 hour minimum. |
You will find an unicorn before finding a handy like that |
Yep, this is the problem. Fixing nail pops is quick and easy, which means it’s not worth the time of a good handy person unless it’s either packaged with something else or they change a significant minimum to come out. Also, we have no way to give you a good estimate because we don’t know how many mail pops you are talking about. |
We call our handyman when we have at least a day's worth of work. We save up small jobs until they add up to a bigger one.
Then he bids the job. Then we pay him what he asks plus a little more if he does a good job. |
10 years ago my handyman was charging $75 per hour or $500 for the day. |
Nail pops take multiple coats of mud and paint. Not hard but time-consuming. I'd think $50-100 an hour including materials. Plus, his commute time. |
Why can't you do it yourself. Pound it in, patch the drywall. |
Id day $75/hr with a $150 minimum. |
task rabbit shows 35-100/hour |
That's not how you do it LOL |
