| I made this tonight to drizzle on broiled fish and have a lot of leftovers. Any ideas for ways to use it, besides repeating tonight’s dinner or using as salad dressing. I way thinking to coat chicken breasts in it and bake? |

Marinade for chicken is awesome! You can also use it as a crudite dip.
I have successfully frozen leftovers, but it is better as a marinade once frozen. |

Drizzle over roasted potatoes or sweet potatoes. (Or really any roasted veggie, I bet cauliflower would be good.)
Add to a grain salad (farro, couscous, etc) |
