recommendations needed for karate or tai kwon do in Bethesda/NW DC for 5 yr old

My son's school-based PT recommended that he enroll in a karate or tai kwon do class. He will be 6 yrs old this summer though is more like almost 5 developmentally. He would be fine to be in a class with NT children, provided that the instructor is someone who is patient with a child whose physical capacities are still emerging and someone who can explain well and not be too complicated about instructions for a child with processing and executive functioning disorders.

We're in Bethesda so anywhere in Bethesda, NWDC, even Rockville etc would be fine.

Coles Martial Arts is fabulous. Master Coles is the most patient, kind and intuitive instructor.

Their pricing is fair, they do not force you to sign contracts that bind you to classes if your child does not like it.
I would talk to them for sure.
