Recommend your unsweetened baking chocolate!

I've used Baker's Chocolate unsweetened baking bar for years (the orange bar) but I think they've changed the formula recently or something because all my brownies/cookies/cakes are coming out really blah.

Do you have a baking chocolate that you like? Money is no object.

I use Guittard- it is also good from a lead perspecting. Some studies just came out showing high levels of lead in some dark chocolate- Guittard is good from a safety perspective, even with their dark chocolate.
