Momofuku ramen

Anyone else tried these ship-to-home fancy ramen packs? OMG, they are SO good! I feel my New Year resolutions slipping away into daily noodle lunches.

Is there anywhere locally to buy them?

Not that I know of?

I bought some at Red Barn Mercantile in Old Town the other day. They had multiple flavors in stock.

Yes, Whole Foods sells them.

I've been seeing ads for this. Is it just higher end noodles and seasoning? Or is it more like Hello Fresh where they send you the fresh ingredients too?

Another brand that is so good is Sun Noodles. I’ve found them in the Asian frozen food section of Wegmans and some Asian markets.

I just saw some in Fox Trot today and was wondering about them

IIRC it is soy-style ramen.

I bought the soy and scallion and find them kind of underwhelming. Are you adding things to them or is this just a dud flavor?

Also, are you eating them like a soup? I follow David Chang on Insta and he makes them pretty dry. Are they better if you add water to make it a soup?

They taste the same as normal ramen to me.

I've had the same questions.

Same here! I thought I didn’t use the whole packet because it was so dry.
