help me plan a last minute nye gathering

I decided at the last minute to have another family over for nye. It's 4 adults, 4 kids, 1 vegan.

I want to keep it simple but make it fun by having a fun drink for kids, and a fun drink for the adults.

And, a yummy dessert or 2. I don't need to make things from scratch but I don't mind doing it also.
