| What day is cycle day 1 after a failed FET? I had a negative beta and my RE said after stopping medicines, I would have a withdrawal bleed in a few days, but not my period. I am so confused how to track my cycle with that info. |

| First day of withdrawal bleeding, though you may ovulate late depending on how sensitive you are to the hormones. Sorry about the negative beta, it’s hard news to get. |

I would say first day of bleeding like needing a pad. Not spotting.
You should call your nurse to get a clear answer though. Best of luck to you next time. Tough news to deal with for sure. |
