Where should I eat at Eden Center for Bo Luc Lac?

Anonymous
We're going to Virginia for dinner tonight and I don't know much about Eden Center. I'd love some bo luc lac, shaking beef (is that the same thing), and caramel fish. Also love dishes with rice cakes. I used to love Little Viet Garden when it was in Arlington. Any recommendations? Both for restaurants and what to order?

Bo luc lac is shaking beef, also called shaky beef. Rice Paper is a very good spot in Eden Center. http://www.ricepaper-tasteofvietnam.com/assets/graphics/20220701_menu.pdf?

Now I am hungry for Vietnamese! I love banh xeo (Vietnamese crepe sort of like Korean pajeon), chao tom (shrimp on sugar cane), bo luc lac (shaky beef), cha gio (fried spring rolls), goi cuon (summer rolls), bun cha (grilled pork with rice vermicelli), banh hoi thit nuong (grilled pork rolled into rice paper with rice vermicelli), and of course pho.

Thank you! We ended up at Huong Viet and will try Rice Paper next time. Will also try the pancake next time. It was all delicious!
