Baking with my nephew— wonderful Christmas Eve!

My older teen nephew likes to bake, as do I, so last few years we have planned baking during our Christmas trip to Grandma’s. Just finished cheesecake and the base of cranberry lemon meringue pie. Such a great way to spend Christmas Eve day! Last year we made a Swiss roll and chocolate truffles. The year before it was our first joint cheesecake.
