Firrea agencies: post your raises and wfh policies

Anonymous
Those who work at a firrea agency : what are your annual raises and wfh policies? I can start with the FDIC.

The FDIC just signed a new agreement with nteu for a 6.1% raise this year and 4% for 2024 and 2025. Everyone who is successful will get the same raise. 3% is the bonus budget, which is tailored to an individual's performance.

The FDIC has a tiered work from home policy, but most workers are eligible for HBO, which will require going to the office 1 day per pay period.

Curious to know the other firrea agencies policies.

Unsure about pay raise, but at CFPB I have full remote anywhere in lower 48.

Is remote available to everyone at cfpb?

Why are you unsure about cdpb's annual pay raise structure? Is it about to change? Last I heard raises at cfpb were based on getting everyone in a pay band to the midpoint (or 75%tile) of the pay band, so lowered salaried people get higher raises.

NP. Yes, available to all. And CFPB did just get a massive across-the-board pay raise for almost all employees (approx $20K average).

Yes, but the lower positions will get the higher $ figure raise since it was mostly about pay equity. That was why I was unsure.
