If you want good quality go to the thrift store. I just got North Face snow pants for both my kids.

Know where I found good deals? Bloomingdale’s

They had nice sweaters marked down significantly. Cheaper and higher quality than Macy’s which surprised me.

I have Bloomingdale's credit card, I love this store so much. I only buy good deals online from this store. I don't go to any other department store.

Talbots always has an unbeatable clearance in January through February. When I used to go in the office I would buy a lot of basics.

Piggybacking- NM house brand cashmere always sees significant markdowns after Christmas and is great quality.

Not exactly what you’re asking, but worth keeping an eye on Patagonia’s WornWear. Some of it is mint condition.
