lasagne recipe?

Looking for a good lasagne recipe for day after X-mas. Looking for something that might require a little effort and tastes great. (Not slaving for hours over bechamel but also not just a time saver dinner.)

Not quite lasagna but completely delicious. It’s a bit of work, and has the same comfort food feeling. I have the bolognese recipe from a cookbook, so I haven’t done it with the polenta. The Calabrian chili paste they have at Trader Joe’s.

This. Every time I make it people say it’s the best lasagna they’ve ever had. Seriously. It’s not labor intensive but it takes time for the sauce to simmer. I ignore the cooking instructions and let that sucker go for at least four hours adding more water as necessary along the way. Also my family hates ricotta so I swap out two small tubs of marscapone for the ricotta.
