| I hate to say it, but Eastern Loudoun (ie everything east of Leesburg) is a knock off Fairfax with somewhat affordable housing that had really skyrocketed in recent years. Whatever theyre building in Loudoun is a replica of Fairfax’s infrastructure, plus a billion data centers. Now, western Loudoun, that’s the real deal. |
