Best wireless, no wifi baby camera monitor?

Anonymous
I am looking for a nursery camera monitor. No wifi, just something basic but preferably non wired, maybe a rechargeable battery. Open to suggestions on the best camera monitors. I am not comfortable with Wifi monitors for privacy reasons.

Thank you

I use a Motorola monitor that is not wifi based. I also like just being able to take it somewhere and plug it in without having to connect so wifi.

We have an Infant Optics and a cheaper Motorola video monitor. The Infant Optics model we have is nice because you can remotely change the angle of the camera so you can see the whole room. You can also connect multiple cameras to the same parent unit if you want to use it in multiple rooms (e.g. bedroom and playroom). The Motorola one we have is pretty basic but works fine. But you are stuck with the angle you put the camera on which is annoying.

Happy with my Infant Optics one.

Eufy SpaceView Pro has worked well for us. We bought a second camera and it is easy to flip between the two depending on where we put the kid. Good night vision. Plug in to charge it, but it will last a while on the battery if you want to carry it around.

A $20 Blink camera that plugs in the wall and sends notifications to your phone would work fine. You can even talk to the baby on it.

Nooo we bought a second and it completely messed up the hardware of our first. Eufy let us return the second camera but wouldn’t provide any help or support for the first that was broken just by trying to connect the first. Had to buy two new cameras. If you read reviews on it, same thing has happened to a lot of people.

Infant Optics. I agree with PP that I like how you can pan the room. It also has a wide angle lenses you can swap out if you want to see the whole room at once (good for when child is out of the crib). It’s easy to add on more cameras.

We have a eufy space view that’s been good/fine. No complaints.

The eufy also pans and has a wide angle lens that comes on and off. I don’t know about hooking up more than one though because we just have one.

Infant Optics, definitely. We have two cameras hooked up with the wide angle lenses and it’s awesome.
