Foolproof warm dinner rolls???

Anonymous
Can someone explain to me what to buy and how to heat dinner rolls to serve at Christmas dinner in a foolproof way while I am trying to cook everything else?

Just buy some heat and serve ones - look for ones that need 5 or so minutes - and put them in the oven as you are setting stuff on the table,

Sister Schubert’s in the freezer aisle are pretty good. Bake them in the oven on a sheet pan. I think they take about 10 minutes.

I stick them in at the end of the last dish that is cooking, or even right after. Set a timer, plate everything/set table, toss hot rolls in a basket, eat!

I personally am not a fan of Sister Schuberts. if you are used to higher quality bread, they will feel processed and cheap.

I like the take and bake french rolls. For thanksgiving, I couldn't find them and bought Safeway's Portuguese rolls which look very similar, heated them up and everyone raved about them.
