Holiday gift for in-home daycare provider

Hi all!
what are you gifing your daycare provider for the holiday if anyting? my son goes to a small inhome. |

| A week of pay is standard. We do 2 weeks of pay because I believe mine should have raised her rates long ago and she hasn't. |

Almost forgot. She has someone who helps her like an assistant. Do you think I should give the main provider the 1 weeks worth of pay and then she would give a portion to her assistant or do I provide something separate? |

I always gave equally and separately to the owner and her assistant. |

yes. they deserve paid vacation time too just like we all do. I am not a pp but will say with my previous home daycare provider I also gave two weeks pay for the same reason that another pp mentioned, she should have raised her rates long ago. For my current provider for my second, I will probably give a week because her rates are fair and a good bit higher. |
