What super easy but flavorful meal can I make with chicken breasts?

I thawed some chicken breasts and have no idea what to make with them. I'm over my regular recipes and want to try something new. I have lots of spices and seasonings and rice. Help?

Italian Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1small bottle Italian salad dressing
1 can chicken broth
Minute rice

Marinate chicken in a baking dish in the broth and salad dressing. Bake at 350F for 1/2 hr. Add almost as many ounces (volume) of Minute Rice as there are ounces of fluid, cover tightly with foil, return to oven for 5-10 min. until rice is tender.

When I want to he especially lazy, I just pour barbecue sauce over chicken breasts and bake. (This is not related to Italian Chicken recipe).

This may be more work than you want, but my kids love them coated with panko and everything bagel seasoning. I cut into smaller slices and dip in egg first.

I stir fry them in the wok with veggies and serve over rice.

Are they bone and skin or boneless skinless?

OP here - this is in the oven right now, gotta love a recipe with 4 ingredients (chicken, Penny's Adobo seasoning, a jar of salsa, cheese) with some cilantro lime rice in the rice cooker. Thank you!

I really wanted to try this one but I don't have any mushrooms. I'll add it to my list though!
