Capitol Hill Food Gift Card

Hi, my niece would be working on the Hill and living in the area. I want to gift her a food related gift card. What are my options? I don't like delivery services as they eat up a big chunk with delivery fee and tip. I would like my money to stretch more to feed her better. Grocery store? Local or chain restaurants there?

Roses Luxury/Little Pearl, Peragrine coffee, Duck and Peach, Radici (italian cofffee shop with select groceries), Paraiso, The Roost food hall...there are several local restaurants and speciality food stores around eastern market.

If this is a young person, then just get a Trader Joes or a Safeway card.
