teacher giftcard amount

| It has been a few months and I can't help but notice that my DC's daycare teacher is 95% sitting down on a chair while we are picking up/dropping off kids. I don't think there is any health or disability issue involved because I have seen her running before. And, not only the main teacher, but other assistant teacher/helper are also sitting down and letting the kids playing by themselves or zoning out or observing. They are all 3/4 years old. I am preparing holiday gifts for them, but can't help to think that the quality of teacher has been lacking since pandemic started..... I miss all of the more involved/engaged teachers when my oldest child attended there. I am tempted to give out less money on giftcard because of this. Do you give higher/lower/same amount on giftcard based on your thoughts of teacher treating your child? |

| I guess my answer is “kind of.” My kids have had some incredible, incredible pre school teachers who I’ve given higher amounts to because they are so great. But it’s more than I give more to the great ones, not necessarily dock the bad ones…does that make sense? |

Are you sure she isn't pregnant? One of my DC's daycare teachers seemed really stressed out and I never noticed the bump due to loose clothes/the way she carried!
