Mom is in Assisted Living. There are about 5 caretakers I would like to give a gift or bonus to, one of whom is the main liaison between the place an families and really goes above and beyond. Would they just want cash? A gift card to Amazon? I'm guessing not sweets, which are just everywhere this time of year. Any ideas? How much to spend? |
We stick to cash or giftcards. I do cash, but first make sure they are allowed to accept cash. If I have time to find out some stores they might want gift cars to I do that. If my time is limited I do Amazon since there is a lot you can get on there.
How much to spend varies so much based on how good they are to parent, what their tasks are, how we are doing financially, etc. |
Cash and a sweet thank you card is perfect |
Caregivers love their cash. |
