Is Ina’s good? Afraid 500 degree oven will smile up my house.

I use Ina’s recipe - perfect every time. It does smoke up the oven though - I open the kitchen windows when I cook it.

Try Ina's slow roasted recipe. Sooooo good and the sauce is amazing.

Reverse sear in the oven or sous vide. Foolproof and perfect.
