I don't like the taste of vanilla or chocolate protein powder. I like mango and berry type shakes. ISO idea for simple, tasty protein shake that taste like a dessert and are healthy. |
Premier protein strawberry is pretty good |
Fairlife strawberry banana |
Fwiw, I often use a cup of Greek yogurt, frozen strawberries, mango, soy milk, and honey. Comes out to 20+ grams protein and keeps me satisfied longer than protein shakes. |
I love this: 2 scoops unflavored Vital proteins collagen, a tablespoon of chia, a cup of plain kefir, and frozen banana and pineapple. Even if you don’t use a lot of fruit, that is all you taste. Other fruits would work too because the base is so mild. |
Sometimes I add a handful of greens which don’t affect the flavor. |
commercial pre-made protein shakes are not "healthy". If you look at the ingredients for most (not all) of them, you can't even pronounce what's in them. What is your goal OP. |
I like OWYN “peanut” butter cup |
Fairlife Core Power 42G strawberry takes me right back to childhood - tastes like strawberry Quick. Ready to drink.
Trutein makes a mango flavor that’s excellent but it’s a powder you have to mix. All of their flavors are great and right now they usually offer egg nog which is fantastic if you like egg nog! |
Yes! A handful of spinach doesn’t change the taste as far as I can tell. |
