He’s a college freshman and doesn’t have any gift requests at all.
I have no idea what to get him. Any suggestions besides just cash? He runs, watches a lot of shows, hang out with friends, skateboards a little, and studies. |
| Tickets to a concert, game or show of his liking. |
| If he's a runner, get him an arm band for his phone and new airpods, so he can listen to whatever he wants when he runs. Even if he has airpods, a spare pair can never hurt. |
|
If you live in northern VA (or he's willing to go there) this is a good deal for runners
http://www.prraces.com/racepass/ Entrance fee to 4 races plus an option to add an additional store credit to buy new running shoes! I've run many of the PR races in the past and they are fun, many of them give out a finishers medal. |

We are giving cash, but wrapping that cash with silly, inexpensive gifts, that he would have loved/did love.
Example - trick card deck from 5 below, wrapped up with a $50. |
| For running, some new shorts (Lululemon surge) and AirPods, along with holders to keep the AirPods in when running. Sherpa-lined fleece, Patagonia retro fleece pile vest, fashion sneakers (nike Jordans, dunks, etc.). iPad (college students use to take notes in class). |
| Op here- thank you! These are great ideas! |
| My 19 year old son who is a runner loves the BOA brand shorts. Lots of fun patterns. |
| A 19 yo guy likely needs some form of lounge wear for around his dorm/apartment, of you want to get him something he can open. |
| An Apple watch? He can monitor his running stats and also check texts. |
Won’t that ruin the $50? I assume you’re not taping it? |
Paid subscription to Netflix or HBO max or Hulu for a year? |
