Anyone on clomid for secondary fertility issues?

If so, what are your experiences? Any side effects, irregular periods? I have no problems getting pregnant just with holding the baby. I think it may be due to progesterone deficiency issues and I heard clomid may be a treatment given. I meet with my speciailist this week.
