| Going from Route 50 in the eastern MD suburbs to Capitol Hill tomorrow and I have flexibility regarding what time I can go. When does traffic typically die down on Wednesday mornings? I've noticed that lately traffic has reached pre-pandemic horribleness every day but Monday and Friday. |
