| The tracker line is okay, but when id run it didn’t give me enough data so I upgraded to the 2. I have an unhealthy obsession with my Fitbit and I’m constantly in the Fitbit app checking my stats and trying to win the challenges. But it helped me lose weight! |

Same issue here. I went through 3 separate FitBits in just as many years before giving up on them altogether. |

| I have the Versa 2. Am on my third one. Works great until it breaks after 18 months. Fitbit has given me a discount on replacements but when my current one dies (which I estimate will be in a couple months) I’m done with Fitbit. |

| I am getting the Charge5 for Christmas. But they do break - I think this will be my 4th. The backlight on my current one hasn't worked for 6+ months so I can only use the app. It's problematic because there are some things you can only adjust on the watch, which I can't do that since I can't see anything. And every day at 12:20ish it starts buzzing - it takes me a while to turn it off because it will stop and then restart. So looking forward to a new one! |

I also did not have any issue with mine. I am onto my 3rd one, but I replaced them because I wanted an upgrade not because they stopped working. I have the Charge 4 right now and looking into another upgrade for Christmas. |

My first Charge 3 broke after less than 2 years, and I am on my second one and it's still working after 2+ years. My husband has had his Charge 2 for almost 6 years now and it's still going. |
