Hello!
We are currently living abroad, so I don't have weights or other equipment. I would like to commit to a 3 or 4 week program. Any you've loved? Here are my requirements: --easy routines that don't require a ton of figuring out--e.g. no complex dance moves. --no equipment needed besides yoga mat and exercise bands --no more than 30 minutes/video Thoughts? |

+1 Fitness Blender has "programs" you can purchase that schedule their video workouts for you, or you can pick and choose workouts with filters. Anything that is not free is low priced. If you don't do a program (but it sounds like you would benefit from one), they have many many free workouts. There is much to like about Fitness Blender, but for me the number one thing is that it feels accessible and attainable to me, versus intimidating or "there's no way I can do those moves or look like that." I've been using it for at least five years, probably longer, and they've been around for 10+ years. |
